New Years Resolutions?
#21
RE: New Years Resolutions?
None really. But in general i would like to improve my quality of sleep, become less attached to my thoughts, feel more relaxed, and maybe even spend less time on the net.

Drink less. It’s Wednesday and I’m hammered; how am I doing? 😝

RE: New Years Resolutions?
NYR's are frustrating to me. #1. Why not work on goals/needs every day? Each new day is an opportunity that is full of opportunities. #2. Failure leads to frustration with oneself.

All that said, perpetual themes include losing weight, stretching properly, keeping anger in check, and standing up for myself. Losing weight will lead to another dream I have, which is to thin out my wardrobe. Overhaul it to stuff that isn't so sentimental, and looks good! T-shirts are not the only part of a wardrobe.

“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery each day."

Depends on how hammered you are and how hammered you were this time last year.
