I was interested when I saw the thread title. My uncle, brother and niece have Tourette Syndrome. I thought it would be an interesting conversation.

Nope.... just some jerk who thought he could make fun of a particular disability and then, when called out on it - makes a tl;dr wall of drivel which really has fuck all to do with his original post.

I thought Tourettes was funny... When I was 11 and my 5 year old sister had it. For some strange reason when I got older and understood it better I stopped finding it funny. Isn't it weird how maturity does that to someone?

Yep. Humour works only when there's some truth to the thing being made humorous. That's why the OP comes across as desperately unfunny. Among other reasons, anyway. There could be other factors, such as the complete lack of anything funny in the 'joke'.
