He is a horrible diplomat for sure. But, he is still rich, and he did con university investors. But, the university scam is the tip of the ice burg with him. If daddy had not handed him his millions, it would be far more likely he'd be a no name on an episode of "American Greed". He is stupid as shit as far as diplomacy and ethics, but if you wanted someone to hire to con other people, like a mafia boss, he didn't get where he is without being a supreme dick, bully and con.
