At least now you can put a price on your integrity.
I said that I don't agree with my family when it comes to religion, so how do you know it has something to do with our relationship overall?
And I know I'm not perfect, I'm not always honest, but at the very least I'm not lying with the intention to hurt someone.

You know Die that I tryed to help out before but I think this time you missed my point. I'm not saying that your problems aren't real but you can't let them eat you alive.
I think you might want to try to give them less power over you and stop giving religion so much importance( this forum helped me with that).
If you want you can PM me given that I have more insight on our local conditions.

DA in my opinion you should be happy your parents aren't very strict Christians. I understand your frustration that they don't fully follow the religion (no same person would) and that could seem hypocritical.
The alternative is they follow it to the letter and make your life a living hell, so look on the bright side. Not saying you can't vent with your threads, vent away.

Like the price some Christian and Muslim parents put on their love?
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

I am happy about that. Sometimes their claims are more a source of inspiration to make threads than something which pisses me off.

Meh, we all fall short of our expectations for ourselves sometimes. It's already forgotten as far as I'm concerned.

People in general tend towards hypocrisy. There's nothing special about theists in that regard, IMO.
