They hypocrisy of right wing fans is that they boycott bars and even watching it on TV, I have run into alot of that this past season, even to the point of leaving a bar whose owner took out the NFL package. And these players are NOT protesting because they are whiners, nor are they protesting because they hate America. They are doing it because they see injustice and inequality and economics effecting the societies they some from.
It really would be no different that say a Health Inspector pointing out problems in a food joint. They are not anti restaurant or anti business, they simply point how the joint can do a better job.
If your politicians are not responding in the west you have the right to appeal, and even work protest is one way of doing that. That ability to protest ended segregation, and I don't know about anyone else, but I am glad that ended.
It really is sad that one politician and one party seems to want to turn back the clock on progress.
They don't like it when they protest violently they don't like it when they protest peacefully.
Lets face, it they don't like it when non-white people protest.

He'll probably say they wanted to visit, but he changed his mind, like with the Golden State Warriors a while ago. Or something similarly ridiculous. Trump desperately wants other elites to like him.

I glad they are standing by their principles but I wonder, which would be better?
Not go and have people forget about what you did in a month, or go and tell him what you think and/or make fun of him in person. That would be a memory to last a lifetime.

I don't follow football, or any other sports for that matter, but there ought to be some huge footballer that can lay some shit on the pres, and the SS won't even fuck with him. I'd pay money to see that, even if I don't know who the footballer is.
