Pretty sure that one's pro-transgender, created by someone who was transgender showing how ridiculous the bathroom bill is.  That's Michael C. Hughes, a transgender man showing how ridiculous it is to talk about how 'confusing' it'll be for kids.

Anti trans bathroom laws propaganda seems to have distinctly anti male bend . One common trend i see the tag "no men in womens bathrooms" Generally followed by a menacing picture of an unattractive man or sometimes it's selfie in a woman's bathroom (thus doing the very thing your objecting to). Or another common theme in said propaganda is something like"your daughter will be be seen by naked men etc . Another talking point used are feelings of discomfort at being naked in presence of a member of the opposite gender . Which leads me to the flowing thoughts .

1. The presence of men in woman bathroom seems offensive regardless of the reason for their presence or their intention there .

2. A daughter being exposed to male genitalia is somehow offensive or even nightmarish. But a son being exposed to such seems acceptable . Despite him being in no less risk of molestation then a young girl. (and no i'm not saying trans people molest children )

3. A woman discomfort is to be respected in regards to opposite gender . Does this mean people of the same gender should be allowed to demand similar laws against members of their own gender regardless of reason . Am i permitted to demand all the gay men in a bathroom must  leave because it find their presence offensive and they might view me in a sexual manner  . (and no this is not a position i hold )

Just some thoughts

I am a transgender female.

I wear full skirts and tees to work on occasion, always on the weekends or late evening, so as not to be harassed.  I use the single women's bathroom (as such, I am always alone) in the front lobby; never had any issues whatsoever (in fact, no one has even noticed me because I am able to "pass" while in a skirt with glasses.)  During the day, I wear jeans while at work, and get constant gawking from other male co-workers due to my long, shoulder-length (and growing) hair and cleaned-shaved face with limited make-up.  While in the men's bathroom, I have had other male coworkers "lunge" away from me when we each encounter one another at a corner in the restroom.  I have gotten incredulous, demeaning stares from well-dressed (clearly, evangelical Christian) professionals, "Hey, baby" looks, laughter, snickering, and a few threatening stares, all at my office!

The whole bathroom issue is a farce!  If I, as a transgender female, am able to "pass" while in the women's bathroom, then no one will notice me, which means that no one will care.  On the other hand, if I use the men's restroom, I could end-up getting reported to the police for being a woman!

Oh yes, the anti-trans laws are very misandrist.
From the bible-belt funditard clans, they can't wrap their heads around why any man would ever put on a dress, much less want to LIVE as a woman.
(Again, the woman who wants to live as a man isn't really up for discussion.  Force her into a dress and into marriage, problem solved. 1 Timothy 2:14-15, women are saved through childbearing.)
Transgender isn't even a thing to them, it's just some demonic propaganda.  Anyone who is transgender must be mentally ill.  Just like all homosexuals.
God made people male and female, and god made people heterosexual, and there are no other options in their worldview.


So they jump right to the conclusion that any man who dresses up as a woman and uses a woman's bathroom must a a predator.  A child-molester or rapist.  No other option.

I find full skirts to be somewhat more comfortable, physically, than pants; I like to powerwalk in them. I am also a "mosquito magnet", and I never get bitten below my waist while in a skirt but am constantly getting bitten when I am in pants.

However, I wear skirts principally for reasons of femininity and have been doing so since before age 5.

Yes but i choose it as an example anyway due to the fact Michael C. Hughes was mocking a earlier campaign by anti trans activists that did the same thing as a scare tactic  . But i was having trouble finding those selfies . I guess there not on google search anymore . Guess maybe i should have put a tag under the picture that it was not one of those pics . Sorry about that.

It's rather obvious that both the creators and supporters of these laws have not thought the issue through. If these laws were deemed constitutional and enforced universally (which is what these fucking assholes want) the result would be their young sons eventually winding up in a bathroom with someone like this:



Can you imagine the shit storm at the local Walmart if Pious Priss, the evangelical queen saw the above person go into the men's room after her little Johnny went in? But, it's the only bathroom available for this person thanks to the "good work" of Pious Priss and her husband Preacher Pete.

I kinda don't want them to think through the issue, though.  Which might sound weird, but let me explain.

Right now, they think they want goofy laws legislating what toilet I use, but only from a distance.  People who know me, who meet me, who interact with me, none of them have any problem with me using the womens room.  I with in an office where most of my coworkers are female and none of them show any discomfort towards me using the womens room.  However, back early on in transition, I did attempt to use the men's room..... and people were actually uncomfortable with it.  Truth is, I just go with the restroom of least resistance, despite the fact that I'm technically breaking the law.  And if people actually thought about the reality of Buck Angel using the women's room or Jamie Clayton using the men's room, it blurs things.

The reality is that these bathroom bills are just an extension of the unfortunate feelings they have for us all: they just want trans people to go away.  And I can't help but think, if they start to realize trying to legislate bathrooms is silly, they might try passing other, more hurtful laws.  For example, it's legal for a paramedic to refuse to treat me because I'm trans and that actually scares me more.  It also scares me that, if I ever have to go to jail, I'll be in the mens jail and I don't think that will go very well.  

These bathroom bills are silly and stupid and shouldn't be there, but there are worse, scarier laws out there.

Yeah, the argument kind of falls apart when you realize these laws are going to force people with breasts and vaginas to go into the men's room, and people with dicks go into the women's room, because they were born with the other parts.
