I thought this was going to be about Stalin Junior.
I mean, Putin. Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"  
It is the very nature of life to consume as much as possible until it reaches a limit. This is why I am quite pessimistic about the future. I don't think we can help ourselves.
 
I had to drive like a stunt driver to get to and from work cos of all that snow. Mounted the pavement a couple of times. I still never missed a day though.
I think snow and ice look really pretty but fuck that cold. If snow came down when it was warm that would be perfect. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason. 
A few inches of snow and the UK grinds to a halt. This time last year I was in Switzerland, several feet of snow in places and the trains ran on time (to the second!)
