Welcome, Hans.
Its possible your just catching them on a bad day. Also no doubt there are many hopeless wandering around. Cant rule them out.

A feeling of worthlessness would actually be going against what they believe. Christians have faith, hope and love as virtues they adhere to. That wasn't a very accurate stereotype.

I didn't have time to do my full welcome routine, so here goes part deux.

Welcome.

We have a virgin sacrifice to the Dark One every Friday night*.

Other group activities include hot tub orgies, following the Saturday babyque and puppy kicking.

I'm also trying to arrange for a new team sport I have invented. It's a mixture of hide and seek and murder in the dark. I call it "Slaughterbowl!" (the exclamation mark is extremely important. But, so far, no one wants to play, so I've had to involve unwilling participants in the practice sessions..

I just thought that up in a few seconds. Didn't want to come across as favoring any  one side. I hate labels. Don't call me anything really.  I guess you can think of me as a seeker. And I am not prepared to die.  Sort of like Taylor from Planet of the Apes.  Always looking for ways to improve my position in life. I enjoy most sciences, nature, astronomy.. i have degree in computers. Guess I should put all this in my bio section.

A seeker hey?  I did a lot of that a while back, now I'd describe myself as more of a savorer.  Life is for savoring, not for figuring out.  But my monicker represents to accept and accommodate whatever reality may reveal.  I am still curious.  I just don't have any interest in anything exotic or wooey any longer.

Again welcome to forums.  We take all kinds.  Hey, even I am still here.
