This happen to any other guys?

Not sure when it started, but It's annoying.
After urinating I will be shaking for what seems forever, certain I look as though I'm playing with myself. When no more urine seems to want to shake itself loose, I place myself back into my pants only to have a small flow of urine drizzle down my leg.
It's especially infuriating in public.
Does this happen to any other guys and do you know if there's any easy fix?

1) Wear underwear
2) Use a square or two of TP to dab dry.

1) I do wear underwear. Not the commando type.
2) I do that, if I'm in a stall where I have privacy.
