In a few years Skynet will be capable of IDing such people and will take steps to neutralize them before any detrimental actions can occur.

It kind of reminds me of two sword and scale stories, one was a young youtuber, weight lifter who believed they were a centaur and started eating someone's face after leaving a family meal and the other is that trans animator who made some fucked up cartoons on youtube that didn't get successful and they went into work and killed their colleagues.
