Depends on whether or not you are seeking efficiency or maximum pain infliction. MPI reminds me too much of the fucking tyrant god of the bible so I'll go with efficiency.

You can't commit and act for atheism or because of atheism .You can only commit an act in this regard because of yourself . I'll repeat it their is no conceivable way to get from i don't accept the existence of god to atrocities . End of story .
