So. I am directing a play, since september, with eight teenagers for actors.

Opening night is in ten minutes.

It went really Well!
'Curtain up on murder', but rewritten in dutch and then rewritten by me for youth. By bettine manktelow.

There's always a hundred things that could have been better. But I'm really proud of them, they've done their best and Pulled it off.

Ps : mh, i try to get my actors to give loads of ideas and suggestions themselves and i lead by example when necessary in a scene. I don't go in with a pre-thought stern view of The end product. Rather i try to let The journey change te outcome.
Downside is that i Should be more stern at times.

Glad it went well.

Theatre wasn't my thing in school, but I was in choir. Once, we performed a musical The Castaways. It was amazing.
