By the by - the 4 term president I referred to earlier was Vigdis Finnbogadottir, president of Iceland from 1980 to 1996.

Grover Cleveland served as Sheriff and personally executed two prisoners. 

2.  Pierce was arrested for running over a woman with a horse, but charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.

Grant was once arrested for speeding in his horse and buggy in the Streets of DC. 

Not finding any info on any president serving time after leaving office.
Which Presidents died in office BUT were NOT assassinated?
