I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

OK, I suppose some people here might not get what I was trying to say.
I don't actually think the Yugoslav Wars didn't happen. I don't think anybody honestly thinks that. If one hundred thousand people hadn't died there, what could have happened to them? And the details about the war don't interest me much.
I am trying to make a point that the Christ myth theory (that a person named Jesus never existed), propagated by many atheists (if not most them) on the Internet, is deeply flawed, and that their arguments would lead to absurd results if applied to some event in modern history.

You're failing to make such a point.  Perhaps that has something to do with the weakness of your analogy....maybe?

Oh, the christ thing greatly predates the internet. It is like grabbing your child and only serve that child's brain with a bunch of stories, making grownups, adepts of magic tales.

Santa claus is a great example. Kids stop believing it because grownup kids stop or are allowed to do so.

For those interested, I've made a topic about the Battle of Vukovar on the TextKit Latin forum, just to see what kind of responses I'll get:

What is that supposed to mean? A typical Google-Translate-outputted ungrammatical gibberish, right?

If "U cjelini, radije ne" was supposed to mean "In general, rather not." (as Google Translate "translates" it from Croatian to English), the correct way of saying that in Croatian is "Općenito, najradije ne bih.".

And what are you trying to say? That I was wrong to discuss those things on a Latin forum? Latin is the language of the European history. If you don't know Latin well, you simply can't study European history, since all until somewhere around 1850s, almost all the historical sources (both in Croatia, and in Serbia. and in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in Hungary, and I guess many other European countries) were written in Latin and very few of them have been translated to some living language.
