I thought it was considered implausible that humans made crop circles because of the precision seen in (some of) them. A tractor with a GPS could only make them with a precision of 3 meters, as that is the precision of GPS. Some crop circles are very large and made with a perfection greater than 3 meters.

Photograph a building, then shoot a missile at it, then photograph it again.

And how do you get a missle?

Maybe there wasn't a damage. Maybe that damage was made by Vukovarians themselves because they were paid by the Croatian government. Or, most likely, a combination of that (damage was a lot smaller than the mainstream history claims, and it was done by Vukovarians themselves).

Maybe all those missing people simply didn't want to return. Maybe they are made-up personalities. Or, most likely, a combination of that (some not wanting to return, some not having existed in the first place).

3. Maybe the damage was caused by 100 000 elves with pickaxes. But the most logical, likely and - above all - verified explanation is that the damage is the result of the two-month siege of Vukovar.

4. Cease-fires are agreements (usually temporary) between two sides in a military conflict. They are usually enacted to allow humanitarian missions or to help enable peace negotiations.

5. Do you have any evidence beyond ‘maybes’ that the Vukovar casualties were faked?

I don’t know why you’re still believing this rubbish. There are news accounts, video footage, physical evidence and survivors of the Battle of Vukovar.

Pointless, you can tell him you've seen it, and saw even more of it, and were yourself part of the conflict.  I have, I did, I was.  But what use is that against whatever 1st year comp sci project he wrote to confirm to him that his genocide denying ideology is Just True? It's a Math Fact, by typology!

My favorite part of all of this, though, is when he asked how to get a missile. It's pretty easy, actually....especially in croatia....but it would probably be a bad idea to tell him how.....

Sure. The ironic meanings in names. The name "Vukovar" can be read as "city of wolves", wolf being a very demonized animal. Why would somebody name a city "city of wolves" except to make a good story about a massacre? The name Željko Raznatović, the leader of the illegal army that committed Vukovar Massacre, can be read as "one who wants to destroy". Makes little sense as a real name, but it makes a lot of sense as a symbolic name in a myth about a massacre. The name Mile Dedaković, the leader of the poorly organized Croatian army in Vukovar, can be read as "dear grandfather". The surname of the Croatian president at the time, Tuđman, can be read as "foreign ruler" (perhaps in the sense "one who does not rule in the interest of the nation", as he refused to send weapons to Mile Dedaković). And the name Ovčara, the part of the city where the massacre occurred, can be read as "meat from sheep". Why would somebody call a part of a city "meat from sheep" except to make a good story about a massacre? I have published a few papers about the names of places in Croatia (the latest one being about the river names that start with k-r), so I know what I am talking about.
