Satnavs have inaccuracies too. On the flat in the open on a straight line given favourable conditions... you'd be ok Tongue

7mph below is on the edge of the manufacturers +/- 10% so sounds right. Three vehicles I use measure 10% below and 2/3% below. Guidance for police is 10% +2mph but going over the limit by any amount is an offence absolutely, and would usually be enforced should the situation warrant it: outside a school at home time, for example.
