I don't think anyone will ever prove Trump colluded with the Russians, so at the end of the day, we have a foreign power who meddled in our elections, and Trump was the lucky benefactor of such meddling. Not a particularly good thing to have happen, but it doesn't in any way implicate Trump.
Not the point. Every president prior has dealt with and met with Russia, all the way back to FDR and Stalin in dividing up Germany at the end of WW2.
His rhetoric, praising a Putin and Un, while at the same time publicly berating our allies and publicly vilifying his own intel, UNDERMINES our national security and trust of our allies in Europe. No other president has behaved in such a manor. Then on top of that ignoring his handlers prior to going through those closed doors, only to come out and go completely off script and publicly undermine his own intel standing next to Putin makes him unfit.
45 is inept and dangerous. Not because he doesn't know what he is doing, but because he is inept as a world leader. He creates a needless problem, just so he can offer himself up as the solution, and when he gets called out he backs off for a day or two, but goes right back to the same talking points.
The reason he has constantly attacked our intel, is because he makes everything about the election. His ego will not let him be painted as "less than". Even if Mueller concludes he was not involved with Russia, which would not surprise me if he was because he's acting guilty, he is STILL demoralizing our intel making their jobs harder and eroding the public trust. This is exactly what Putin wants and not what America or Europe should want.
No other president has picked public fights with our intel that I can recall in my lifetime. The worst we got from Nixon was "I am not a crook", and Clinton "I did not have sex with that woman", and Bush Jr with Putin, "I looked into his heart".
But none of them publicly picked fights with intel. The fights they or their cabinet members had were over congressional hearings, but never publicly with intel.
