AMD RYZEN 5 1600 Temperature
#11
RE: AMD RYZEN 5 1600 Temperature
Now my husband has got a job I'm going to give him my i7-7700K and build a new rig for myself. It's going to be a grind box with as many cores as possible, each core with its own FPU, that will run 24/7 processing at 100%. It will run Linux and my own experiments that run as many separate programs communicating over sockets. It won't use too much RAM or have to read / write the SSD / HD much.

Any idea what CPU I should get? Have the latest Intel CPUs fixed that bug where a processes could read each other's pipelines? Power usage, heat and noise is also a consideration to reduce my electricity bill and prolong the life of the computer.

Before you do, make sure to reroute power through the electron wave spinner. If this doesn't work, you can try installing an oscillation damper on the ventral multi-spatial grid sensor, but - and I cannot stress this enough - only if there is < 0.5 magnetic variance in the chroniton injector.

Best of luck.

I only ever use my laptop for posting here and looking at porn. Why would I want to spend a load of money on a system for no reason?

Are you asking because of curiosity or because you cannot discern that I was responding to a thread?

Some of us actually enjoy the process of selecting components and putting it all together. Maybe I'm just weird that way.

It's typically cheaper to build than to buy a customized rig. Their base models have almost no margins. They charge much more for the upgrades than it would cost you as the builder. On some cases, I've seen as high a 3x the price for ram and hard drives to upgrade. In one memorable case, a company was charging for and "upgraded" video card that had the exact same specs and was actually less expensive that the stock card.

On top of that, you get absolute control over what does and doesn't get pit in your rig. That's of no consequence to some, but it's very important to others.

Funny that I built almost exactly the same machine, but with a 512 gig ssd and a pair of 6 TB hds for just $50 more. Thir markup on the larger ssd alone would likely be more than $50.

And, I'm not saddled with M$'s Windows 10.

(https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBund...bo.3580519). I'm aware of the DRM problem with Linux DRM for Netflix, Hulu, HBOGO, and other services, I've tested a few types of distros in a VM with a full GTX 1080 and was able to get Netflix and Hulu working. What I'm seeking advise for is the AMD RYZEN 5 1600 temperature issues. The case I'm buying already has three fans already pre installed. I've never really worked with AMD based processors before, so will I need a liquid cooler to keep this processer sufficiently cooled? Has well will the onboard graphics of this motherboard be able to pump fluent 1080p video without having video issues, or will I need put a GPU inside this build to balance the encoding?

If anyone wants to see the parts I'm planning I will post them upon request.

I'd rather build it myself, I enjoy building my own systems and it's slightly cheaper. Plus Stock PC's "Eww".

There is a lot of reasons to build your own tower, for one would you have smoother frames for you to watch porn and it would process smoother as well. Since there is plenty of clown porn out there, the make up would show a lot smoother. Plus have you seen high quality clown porn on a 144hz 4k monitor? I'm only joking by the way. Laptops are too limited in many regards. You may like having options to modify your system has you seen fit, not what some company wants to sell you. http://wipfilms.net/wp-content/uploads/2...n-2005.jpg
