That is also pretty much my experience so far,although I'd add 'victims of confirmation bias".However, I'm unwilling to make a positive claim. A skeptic, all I'm willing to assert is "I don't believe in psychics or the paranormal due to lack of evidence."

That is an excellent video. I love seeing science in action, debunking pseudoscience like that.
It's no small wonder why mythbusters is as popular as it is, it's the spirit of everything that is in that video.
If today you can take a thing like evolution and make it a crime to teach in the public schools, tomorrow you can make it a crime to teach it in the private schools and next year you can make it a crime to teach it to the hustings or in the church. At the next session you may ban books and the newspapers...

No, because the prophets are believed to be given special wisdom only from God, unlike the psychics. They cannot read God's mind except by His own revelations.
