This whole thread reminds me of....
Some Christians like to use fulfilled prophecy as evidence that their religion is correct. By that standard, atheists have been delivering a highly accurate prophecy for a very long time: the supposed founder of Christianity won't be showing up this year, decade, century, or ever.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

When I was growing-up, we were convinced that he'd show-up in the 1980s, with the founding of the State of Israel, the EU being the 10-horned beast (at least until it got 12 member states), and the (now former) Soviet Union being the invader "from the north" (or some other bullshit). |
