English Language Books in Germany

English Language Books in Germany
I just received an email from the Independent Book Publisher Association inviting me to reserve a booth at the Frankfurt book fair. I'm a member of this organization, so I trust their legitimacy. I'm just wondering, would German readers be interested in young adult fantasy novels written in English.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

I may defend your right to free speech, but i won't help you pass out flyers.

I'm nowhere near Frankfurt, but from my very brief experience here, yes.

Young German people are more and more expected to become fairly fluent in English.  YA fantasy is a great way to enjoy oneself while learning.
Give it a go and let us know what you find out.

Well, I just found out it's $185 per book, so I'm going to have to pass. I just paid $95 to enter a book award and I have to pay the guy who's narrating one of my books and I had to get up off of mad bank to get my computer back up to speed after my hard drive crashed.

Still, if it's true that Germans would enjoy reading English books, maybe I could donate a few copies to a German university. Is there someone here to hook me up with the right people to send the books to?
