That's an utterly horrible spambot check. I mean, yeah it will stop most spambots, but it will also stop most users. Also presumably once you know the answer you can just make a spambot that uses the answer every time.

Google's reCAPTCHA is still the best IMO.

Well there is apparently a Marie assembly language (first I knew of it). And Ada is a well-known programming language. Doesn't help me think of a name though.

The answer is "Ada Marie". Some sites list it as Marie Ada, but that's backwards. It's the name of his daughter.
