There’s a 1 in 3 chance the Dems take the senate, and I’ll bet they don’t want to roll the dice on that. I mean, odds are, they keep the senate, but it’s still a risk. They’re this close to their 5 seat majority and they don’t want to choke.

No... I don't want to have anything to do with this country. The current administration has become such an embarrassment that being a known citizen here gets you laughed at by others. No thanks. I'll take my chances where I'm better off.
I could never live outside the country (not with my disability), but if I could manage it, I'd move across the country, somewhere in/around Seattle. I have a few friends who live there, and a cousin who lives a couple hours away. It's solidly blue, has a pretty decent nerd culture, and outside of the gloomy weather, seems about perfect to me.

It was mentioned during Kavanaugh's testimony that there is no statute of limitations in the state of Maryland. So... nothing stopping any of his accusers of getting charges filed. I see no reason for that not to happen at this point. Dr. Ford has already put herself and her career on the line, so why not get charges filed?
