The $60M "Mistake"- it's almost orgasmic!
October 2, 2018 at 10:51 pm
NY Times report being investigated by the gov concerning $60 Million in "dubious" dealings.
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/new-york-ta...tax-fraud/
I'm shocked, I tell you. Shocked.
No, I'm not.
Lock them ALL up!
The Russian shit ain't going away, but the sweet taste of this news is indescribable. I really, really, really hope it comes to charges.
Al Capone ring any bells?

Been saying he's nothing but the crime boss of a crime family for quite a while.
All the hype of his business acumen is totally false. His monumental serial lying goes far beyond all expectations.
I wonder if he ever actually made any money, ever ... himself ?

Yabut, his sycophants think that he can do no wrong, and the statement he made about shooting people on the street in NY and his followers not leaving him resonates. The US is spiraling into the toilet. I really hope that the swirl can be stopped. I'm really hoping that his disciples will follow the rule of law. We'll see. I recall seeing somewhere that the only way a casino fails is because it was used for money laundering until it outlasted its utility. Russians, anyone? It would appear that they can play a much better long game than our current political structure supports. That doesn't mean I want Don the Con as a fake Emperor. Ever.

Wow, I read the very long NY Times article - took 30-40 minutes to read it.
Too bad the statute of limitations has tolled on the tax fraud outlined in the story.
So glad I have a paid subscription to the Times - for journalism like this that shows the extent of Trump's and his family's grift.

Civil suits are still possible. No jail time, but could still get a settlement plus the bad press. Of course I'm not sure there is such a thing as bad press for him. His supporters seem to revel in his lawlessness.

They set the bar low enough for him to be their leader.

I'm sure that Donny will do the right thing and refund the IRS and taxes that have been evaded. He's a good guy.

They deserve what they settle for.
Unfortunately, there are the rest of us . . .
I look forward to reading the article in full. It looks like I will have some time this afternoon.
