I wonder what will be the reaction of the Turkish authorities. Even though the ambassy is technically a sovereign territory of Saudi Arabia, I don't know a single country who will not bat an eye at the idea that an ambassy could be used to commit high profile assassinations.

Saudi is far worse than Iran. Everything that the American public is fed about Iran applies to Saudi. I am sure that MBS will be paying for more newspaper space telling us how "modern" Saudi is now as a distraction.

Good, investigation is always good.

However the Saudis may claim the consulate is their territory and refuse any investigation by turkish police. Erdogan also is in the process of transforming Turkey into an autocracy. I dont know (yet) if and how far this has influenced the turkish police. How much of this story is true or how much is part of a political struggle between Turkey and the Emirates, we will see.

After all, just a few months ago Erdogan called the german government nazis, but now is begging for money to save him form the results of the devastating effects of his economic policy. Dodgy
