Over here you don't need paper prescriptions and any pharmacist that denies a prescription (well, except out of stock), is bound to lose its license, to the max penalty, depending of the severity, of even having the pharmacy closed altogether.

All you need is a mobile. The doc sends a text with the number of the prescription and the clerk just chcks his terminal and the ID of the person.

And its done.
