Madeiline McCann coverup
RE: Madeiline McCann coverup
Okay...

The staff abduction theory is a decent one. It’s the best real alternative I’ve heard. I’d think it worthy of consideration if not for the physical evidence and sniffer dogs.

It turns out the murder of Bianca Jones was solved and the father convicted of her murder, without a body ever found. The evidence used to convict was largely the sniffer dogs, from the same handler no less who worked on the Maddie case. The evidence held in this case is pretty much the same, yet for some reason it’s not being used for a conviction. This is clear double standards.

I also found out they lied under oath about there being no body fluids in the car. No one's doing anything about that either.

Sorry if I’ve bored people to tears or upset anyone. I need to try and forget about this case now. It’s too depressing. Thanks again for hearing me out.

I really have no theories or anything, I just feel bad for her. Whatever happened, her childhood was abducted, whether she was or wasn't. She would probably be around my age if she were alive today.
The word bed actually looks like a bed.

It turns out I’m not easily going to be able to simply forget this case, so I am trying to give it a sensible amount of thought time so as to avoid getting too worked up.

I’ll continue to record my thoughts here in case anyone is interested, and it helps me to catalogue them. For those who aren’t, please ignore me. Here are my recent thoughts:

1) If there was an abduction, it seems it would almost certainly have been by a member of staff. The video I posted recently made me realise this. There is a very small amount of indirect, circumstantial evidence for this, but I feel it is overwhelmed by the evidence that a death took place in the apartment.

2) I’ve realised there are more corrupt links between the media, the government and the police than I had realised. I still feel the government and the police are mostly full of people trying to do the right thing, and that this is a few rotten apples. I already had a pretty low opinion of mainstream media, but it’s now lower still. I think the number of people trying to actually report the truth is fairly small.

3) I have two main ideas for how this circus all came about. Firstly (and I’ve avoided saying this until now, but fuck it), Gerry might have connections with a high level pedophile ring. I don’t have any direct evidence of this, but there’s a lot of circumstantial evidence surrounding this whole case. When you study the connections, and the kind of people who the McCanns associate with, links to pedopheila crop up a lot.

Statement analysis has produced warning signs, and statements were given by two of the Tapas 7 to the police, concerning a disturbing conversation between Gerry and David Payne. The police didn’t pass this information onto the Portuguese police until 6 months later. A ring would explain a whole lot, and if there’s members of that ring in parliament and other high places, they are not going to want it exposed; so they would want to smother the case and stop the McCanns facing charges for fear of them spilling the beans.

My other major idea is that the McCanns pulled in every favour they could (who wouldn’t), and they happened to have a lot of high-powered connections. They all came running, and the McCanns managed to convince them that they were innocent, and needed help protecting themselves and finding their daughter. Once the smoke had cleared somewhat and it became apparent that the McCanns were quite possibly covering up a death, all parties were already too committed to backing them. Instead of looking foolish, they doubled down and tried to fudge the case so that the McCanns would continue to appear innocent to the public.

4) In interviews, you can see a lot of "duping delight" from Gerry. It’s a subconscious turning-up of the sides of the mouth, by someone who is getting a kick out of feeling they have everyone fooled. In all their interviews bar the first few, they barely ever talk about Maddie in the present tense. They are only concerned with her past, and with establishing their innocence.

5) Where is she buried? I initially thought of them destroying the body, but perhaps easier options were available. Dumped in the lake, with stones weighing down the tennis bag, is a decent theory I’ve heard. The tennis bag apparently "was stolen". Just the bag, not any equipment. Other ideas are under a couple of recent constructions in the area, or in a grave in the nearby cemetery along with another body.

6) It’s all about public perception. If more of the public realised what evidence was in the public domain, and what it means, they would be horrified to find out the McCanns aren’t even being investigated. There’s a new series being made for Netflix, and the McCanns aren’t going to be involved. I see this as a good sign, as I was worried it would be another load of McCann funded apologetics.

7) Evidence of police corruption: suppression of the Gasper statements; suppression of information about a known pedophile right on the doorstop of the "abduction" (Freud); suppression of allegations against Freud; suppression of e-fit; exoneration of McCanns before investigation even began; formation of "gold group" by government so as to immediately protect operation Grange; hand-picking of "yes men" / dodgy cops to run investigations; incorrect conclusions from DNA evidence sent to Portuguese police.

The McCanns were certainly very negligent to leave a 3yo on her own while they fucked off to go drinking with friends at a bar. I've heard of numerous conspiracy theories including sedation of the child gone wrong (both parents are doctors) but the logistics of body disposal while tourists in a foreign country at a small resort don't make this a likely scenario imo. The most likely cause is I think an opportunistic kidnapping probably with a sexual motive followed by murder and disposal of the body by an unknown assailant.

Oh yeah, I forgot something. As well as trying to get the lead Portuguese detective's book on the case banned, they tried to get another book by a criminologist (Pat Brown) banned because they didn’t like the conclusions she reached. Thankfully the courts eventually ruled against them in both cases. They love putting out all their media spin, and their book full of excuses and hate towards the Portuguese police, but they want to censor opposing viewpoints. Fuck them.

If this is going to be your personal diary and not a discussion, I think this should be moved to the personal diaries section (whatever we called it) of the forum. This is a discussion forum, not a podium.

I just found this very interesting interview with the lead investigator during the case, and it highlights a few things I wasn’t aware of even after spending all this time researching.

I really feel for the guy. He used English labs in order to avoid any suspicion of the results being fiddled, and he suspects heavily (as do I) that the English fiddled the results instead.

Sure, move it there if you like.

Absolutely. It’s been a common theme amongst anyone critical of the McCanns that a couple who weren’t rich and full of connections would be facing charges of negligence and having their other children taken away. Even if there was an abduction, they facilitated it. Clearly their children are an annoyance to them and the kind of lifestyle they want.

I have to admit, what I believe Gerry managed to pull off here is quite amazing if it wasn’t so disturbing. He did get seen though, carrying Madeleine, just before the "abduction"; just one of many facts the English police are completely ignoring in their quest to protect the golden couple.

Quote:We can infer, from the analysis of the information contained in folios 2871 and 2872, that the statement of Martin Smith, duly identified and filed as folio 1606, reports new elements.

This information alleges that upon catching sight of Gerald McCann on the television news, when he (GM) arrived at the UK and still at the airport, he (GM) appeared to him to be the individual whom he saw on 3rd May in Praia da Luz, carrying a child.
