Please explain to me; what made you choose the number "12" specifically. Who said that 12  is a number to be looked forward for? In other words; why not choose another number from the numbers existing in the Quran? 7 ? 4? 8 ? 5....etc

If Muslims recognized the number "Twelve" and it's emphasis in the Quran - the world would not be in the state it is, but rather, peace and justice, most probably would have long been established.

@Simon Moon, All and every verse of Quran is clear in the hearts of those who are given knowledge, and if it's approached by reverence and fear of God, it will guide. If people come to play carelessly with the verses and not heeds it's warning and interpret without knowledge, then they are acting according to it's trial that leads to hell, and blindness, where as if they held on to the clear signs and sought to clarify that which was unclear to them through reflecting on what is clear,  the clarification would be easy to understand and remember.
