I had so many mushrooms once that my arms and legs weren't attached to my body, just hovering in place and I felt like I was on the edge of sanity.
Luckily my mind snapped backed into place when the convulsions started and the near death feeling scared me lucid. And that was the third last time I did the fucking things. Takes me a while to learn a lesson. 
I didn't get hooked on the oxycontin. I stopped it abruptly and never had problem with withdrawal. Quitting cigarettes was much, much worse for me.
Quitting smoking is a motherfucker. I still have nightmares that I'm smoking and it freaks me out.
