I lost more than that having a dump this morning.
My weight varies by up to fifteen pounds in a week. I can lose seven pounds before breakfast.

All kidding aside, if you really mean that, sudden weight loss or weight gain can be a gastro- kidney-liver issue. It can also be something as simple as exorcise and vitamin/diet deficiency 
I find the black cherry juice helps with my gout and it’s also a diuretic much kinder than laxitives

My mistake was wearing my "eating pants" to Golden Corral buffet all-you-can-eat. I totally should have worn my tightest pants instead.
