Myself, I prefer bituminous coal.  It's got two tuminouses, so you can't go wrong.

Personally, I would prefer that people donate to the ASPCA, local humane society or shelter rather than give me gifts.

But yeah, give carbon offsets to Little Timmy and he's going on a 5 day 7 state killing spree. Definitely making Santa's naughty list next year.

I do too.

Pocahontas or Lecke ( both bituminous) light much easier and burn by normal aspiration much better than anthracite. But supercharged - anthracite puts out more BTU per ton.

I quit buying coal when anthracite became the only grade available.

I only use it for firing my forge.
