EDIT, and no I did not cheat, I am simply guessing because of what the words say in the meme, and that it is black and white, knowing that Area 51 conspiracies arose from the WW2 technology, people didn't understand what they were seeing who were not working on it, so they mistook military studies as being UFOs.
