Good, bad or indifferent - the point is -- they aren't selling chicken gravy in a place that peddles chicken.
It matters not if you do or don't like it.
It' s just not what you expect, and it makes me wonder if they at some point lost faith in their product.
It begs the question -- is the beef better?
Edit to add.
Irony alert - read above ingredients -- no beef....

Is there actual beef in KFC gravy? Personally I find the stuff disgusting. It's only surpassed in it's awfulness by the shit excuse for mashed "potatoes".
As far as the rest of the menu, the original recipe is OK. Literally everything else on the menu is pretty awful, IMO. I don't really eat fast food any longer, though.
