Anyone watching the Raiders/Bronco's game?
It is the X mass eve game tonight.

If you saw the 99 yard return, on the punt, please explain how jumping on a ball with your body like saving a buddy in war by jumping on a grenade is any different than when we normally see the punting team simply stand over the ball and wait for it to slow down, then tap it to establish spot of the ball?

I don't get it. The Bronco jumped on the ball, but a Raider on the 1 yard line picked it up and ran back.

The kicking team has to down the punt, which means they must secure it, touching it isn't the same as securing it. Here is where the rule gets tricky, once the kicking team touches it the receiving team can pick it up and return it and even if the receiving team fumbles it they get it at the spot it was touched.
