That's why our courts keep punting this one.

Proof?  Or just more tears as per your usual grumbling?  One minute crying about the law, then "boo hoo" when the highest country in our nation disagrees with your nonsense and affirms what is law.

It’s not about the difficulty of making the product. It’s about whether the baker is using creative input or following directions. Are you simply purchasing the bakers time and skill with food, or are you asking that he make aesthetic choices?

My line, which I seem to be working through, is that. If you come in with a drawing or photo and a list of parts, that is a commodity. If you ask the baker to design it for you, that is a creative product. Now yes, this means that the gay couple gets worse customer service than the straight couple, but people are assholes and I’m not sure I see a way around that.

Unless brainless, asshat, moronic, shitbag believers, and their worthless, good for nothing, scumbag, magic sky fairy can discriminate, then it's discrimination against brainless, asshat, moronic, shitbag believers, and their worthless good for nothing, scumbag magic sky fairy.

Fuck you, you hate filled douchebag! Find yourself a nice short and take a nice long walk off of it, you fucking piece of shit!

Or you could just go to a different bakery who will take your money and treat you as you would like.

If one bakery tells me "no", then no problem.  I'll drive a mile down the strip to the next one.  Much quicker way to get my cake than filing with the courts and complaining about the first baker being naughty.

Should be easy for anybody to say that.  One thing I assure you that is true in life.  There will always be someone happy to take your money.

If someone doesn't want my money or my business.  No problem.  Would rather give it to someone else then.

If you want to discuss whether a seller can deny a commodity product that’s a different question. And I, as well as most everyone, would say no. You can’t do that. It doesn’t matter what beliefs you hold, if you sell commodity products to the public then any person who wishes it must be able to purchase it. This is the law and most people here will also state that this is the moral and practical imperative.

P.S.: Thx for reminding me why i am glad not to live in the US.
Note: I agree with the commodity/creative argument. However not with people flat out discriminating against minorites, and certianly not because some internet idiot doesnt know shit about biology.

It's a fact Jack.  There is no other appeal.
7-2 ruling and the crybabies can't request a do-over. That's what's known as justice.
Thanks for silently admitting you have no better argument yourself.
Thanks for silently admitting you dont know jack about biology.
It could have been a 100-0 ruling and i am still glad that i am not living in the US. Hence i dont care whom you call a crybaby. I hope the US learns from this case and SCOTUS will change its mind.

Thanks for silently admitting you like wearing pink Hello Kitty dresses.
Thanks for silently admitting you disregard logic.
Thanks for silently admitting that you're clueless.

See, I can do that too.  Smile
