Yeah, I'd like to see some form of knowledge before giving people tools.
A guy went in to return a pair of vise-grips where one of my sons works because it didn't work right. My son told him to oil it. The guy says "It doesn't use gasoline!"

My missus is convinced that, whenever she needs to hang a picture, there is no tool that doesn't work as a substitute hammer.
On the sub-topic, my wife also doubles as our home security system.
