Thanks to new insurance, I will be able to get a free membership to the YWCA. Given my age, I need to exercise more, and have committed to that. God help me.

Docs told me not to exercise, it would kill me faster. (At least that's how I heard what they said. Levitate )

I feel ya. I’m lucky that my office provides a workout room to employees free of charge. But I have to go back to my proper diet practices. Because if I don’t my MDD gets so much worse and my DR gets mad at me.

I avoided work for twenty years, then I retired from the Navy.

Never been afraid of hard work.  I can lay down right next to it and have a kip.

RE: New Years Desolutions.
I've decided to make one of the most bizarre resolutions many of us have ever tried.

TVTropes has an exhaustive list of films they consider "So Bad, It's Horrible." I managed to make a list of films on the list that are actually available at my local library. Meanwhile, I go to the library every Saturday and rent a couple films. My plan is to check out one of the "So Bad It's Horrible" films every week (except for the two weeks I go up to Door County; that said, I do have two films on the list in my own collection that I personally consider hilarious to compensate) . I decided to give myself a head start with this one:

As soon as I'm finished with Season Three of Silicon Valley, I'll be watching the Brad Jones-free version for the first time.

For the record, it includes 59 stand-alone films, 13 horrible sequels, and also the Atlas Shrugged trilogy, more than enough for an entire year.

I was born with the gift of laughter and a sense the world is mad.

This year is a continuation of last year. Get healthy - lose weight, eat better and exercise. I got half way there last year and I'm going to finish the job this year.
