Challenge New, New year's song......

You have the old songs of the past, and lets be honest, all ignore that the planet if 4 billion years old.  Lets skip the Gregorian Calendar and the Mayan Calendar, Jewish and Chinese calendar.  Humans did figure out the segmentation of the rotation and revolution of our star the planet goes around.

So take a stab at it, can we come up with a song noting super natural or sappy  and not mythology or superstition that simply denotes we managed not to kill ourselves off?
