Hey. So...for a while I have had my own religous or spritiual beliefs. In some instances these beliefs were based on research and had some basis in fact. However, recently I have decided to look into evidence against religous beliefs.

What I have discovered is that some religious beliefs are backed by evidence and can make sense in the light of modern scientific research, however most religious beliefs are not supported by evidence or are even contrary to scientific research.

So I am kind of in between, in limbo, on what my particular beliefs are about various religious topics.

I am looking forward to discussing and debating with members here, but I should warn you, eventually subjects will come up, and I look into things, and sometimes defend them fiercly....

Don't start going on about a skydaddy and you'll be fine. EVERYONE here "looks into things and researches" so you are in fine company there. Wealth of information and insight...not to mention linkys to some very interesting articles
