What 'repercussions'? The worst I've gotten is an admin saying "Yeah we know X is being a dick, but technically not against the rules, thanks for the report."

I don't know if I'd link DHS on that one. Our government routinely baits people by manipulating their compulsion toward civic responsibility.

Saying something is a problem everywhere. One time I saw something, so I said something. The cops told me that if I saw it again, I should call them. I saw it again. Then they acted like they wanted to arrest me. Do yourself a favor. Don't say anything.

OFC not, you could do nothing -because- you fear the government. No need to choose.
