I thought it was common knowledge that inflammatory and degrading speech was only reserved for your friend's mother.

I would say no. Insulting someone is not hate speech.

Mmmm, I agree that there is no reson for any one to use the N word, however I want you to outlaw those that say 'God loves you'

duly noted. God might not love you. There is no reason to use the N word outside of harming someone. Here in the south of America, God Bless you can be used as a cure or encouragement. Regardless, I'll accept the ban if it shuts everyone up. It's not implicitly banned to my knowledge but is in the best practices section for theist members.
