I want to give credit that at least race is not the sole focus of the rule, whether or not it now all makes sense or will work properly in conjunction with other rules.
Personally I think the quality of debate would go up with tighter rules in general about personal attacks, and if the forum has gone this far, it doesn’t make sense to do half-measures. Being the sensitive pussy that I am, it’s quite amazing I survived all the years I did under "open season" rules; not that I received abuse from a lot of people. On the whole people were very kind to me. I think membership would be maintained better, and less derailing would happen.
Thank you guys, it’s been a blast and this place meant a lot to me. I’ll properly piss off and leave you in peace now.

Its not what the word says about the person being insulted (why it can be used in house) but says a lot about the person wanting to use the word ...
