It's totally understandable, it's not like you can refer to the actions in the video as senseless violence. I don't think anyone is confused about the derogatory use of the N-words possibility of resulting in violence.

That's like saying that no one is confused about the provocative use of miniskirt's possibility of resulting in rape. (not sure about the grammatical correctness here, but I hope the point gets through)
It's not senseless rape... it's provoked, clearly!

Choosing to wear a skirt out is NOT the same as choosing direct confrontation and launching a verbally abusive, screaming tirade against a total stranger.

You may feel that way, but I don’t. I was giving my opinion there. I don’t think violence is ever understandable unless in self defense.
