The problem seems to be that she wants the unobtainable.

She wants someone worldly and wise, someone who has traveled quite a bit and understands the complexity of other cultures. And at the same time, someone who hasn't traveled, isn't very wise, still believing all this insane mythical nonsense about gods.

She wants a man who reflects the contradictory nature of her own holy book.

Give up your belief in Santa Claus and live a good life.
That's what I would say to her.

Of course the type of men she seeks exist. The problem may be that she's overeager (people can smell desperation from miles away) and she doesn't present much of a challenge.

I meet her type of man often enough and they tend to pursue me quite aggressively. Why?
I assume it's because they're looking to fix or "save" a woman, and are intrigued by my wildly autonomous nature and sincere lack of romantic interest. 

"You are a phenomenal, beautiful, and good woman, C. I just know that God has a plan for you." 
Lol!

And they're convinced that they're part of that plan, of course. Jerkoff

My advice: Pretend to be a heathen and/or act as if you don't give a shit about marriage.
Solidly Christian dudes will come out of the woodwork in droves looking to show you the light, lock you down, and knock you up. 

Humans are funny like that.
