One thing I find revolting is pineapple on pizza. Pineapple belongs in fruit salad and nothing else. I also don't like lemon in anything but lemonade or lemon/lime soda.

But with any pizza, I hate the toppings on top of the cheese, I like the cheese on top. 
Ketchup is the only thing I actually put on a hotdog. Some of my family put mustard on it. What boggles my mind is when people puut 3-5 toppings on one like it's a pizza or something.
