Assisted suicide and pro abortion.

I have no problem with assisted suicide, especially when a friend (or friends, hypothetically of course) were past the point where morphine helped.

I don't think so. Tiberius is kind of pro-life, but not exactly. He believes in assisted suicide.

I'm cool with both. Your life is the only thing that is ever only yours. You're the only one who has to live it. What you do with it is your choice.

What I like about the legalising of euthanasia is that people who are dying and in extreme pain can have the comfort of knowing there is a way out if the pain gets too great.

But, then again, I'm also more anti-birth than pro-choice. I'm an anti-natalist.

In fact, I'm pro-death. I'm a pro-mortalist.

Only bad thing about death is that it tends to cause yourself and others suffering. If it could be done painlessly and instantly then it would be a good thing.

If there was a big red button that instantly destroyed all life on earth completely painlessly ... then it would be very much worth pushing. Due to the great deal of suffering would cease and the fact that because it was instant and painless the happiest people wouldn't actually lose anything. They wouldn't even realize it happened.

But perhaps my weirdo opinion should not be listened to, even if it does make sense, if nobody else is able to make sense of it?

Same here. As someone who's no stranger to having a shitty life, and has seen the world our children would be inheriting, a world where the human race is spiralling into fascism, a world where we have more people than roles for them to fill, a world where we're all but certain to reach the point of no return on global warming making it all a moot point anyway, I think it is utter madness to bring even more people into the world, especially as the world' population keeps fucking growing by a billion every twelve years. And not the interesting kind.

RIP Lord Thanos. It's a shame your sacrifice was almost guaranteed to have been undone in the sequel.

And a line from Epictetus relevant to the OP, “Remember that the door is open. Don’t be more cowardly than children, but just as they say, when the game is no longer fun for them, ‘I won’t play any more,’ you too, when things seem that way to you, say, ‘I won’t play any more,’ and leave, but if you remain, don’t complain.” (Discourses I.24.20)

I agree, but still there is the mental strain one has to deal with. Having to choose between the eternal void and death is not exactly comforting.

I am proabortion too. Better if done on the early stages.

Even if the Avengers hadn't undone the snap the humans would have rebounded in seventy years, to their previous population level.
