I'd bet against it - as the tubing is a semi rigid single wall extrusion.

It’s fairly common, especially at the temps you mentioned. Other than delam it would pretty much have to be a collapsed section...but I have no idea why it would behave the way you described in that case. There’s enough volume in the pipe alone for a 5 foot rise at the terminal end. Lol, real head scratcher...but so long as you can get it flowing, right?

I think I’ve seen every possible way for tube to fail at this point, sometimes the only solution is to burn it down and begin anew! Wink
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

It's more of a curiosity than a problem. I generally don't start up until I have at least 250 gallons in the tank.

The only time the line is dry is at initial start - and if I shut down overnight - and blow out the hose with air  to prevent freezing.

Have you considered setting up infrared cameras to catch the gremlins at work?
