That made me think of who else did I notice being accused lately for being the Antichrist? And then I remember seeing some flat earther's books on Amazon that he has a book called "Antichrist: The Beast Revealed" in which, judging by reviews, he accuses Pope of being the Antichrist.
Then in the book series popular with Christians, "Left Behind" series, the United Nations/ secretary of UN turns out to be the Antichrist. And Christians do hate and fear the UN.
So who else have you noticed of being accused of being the Antichrist? Or if you're religious, who do you think is the Antichrist?
The catholic church is pretty well understood to be the whore of babylon because she compromises her beliefs to consolidate the world into one religion. The pope being the head of the church. (jesus being the head in the bible)
the antichrist is unnamed but he will be a charismatic political/religious leader that will unite the world into one government for about 3.5 years of wealth and prosperity. then we will have 3.5 years of hell on earth which he will then blame on the jews and the world will turn to destroy the jews, and the armies will amass around around the valley of megiddo to fight one massive battle, and God says enough! and sends Christ to lay waste the armies of man.
use to be megiddo was the center of the ancient world then trade winds shifted and it has been an abandon waste land, scholars said there will never be a reason for the world to fight over that waste land.
Then in 2018 the largest untapped supply of oil was found deep under the surface of megiddo.. which megiddo being part of Israel. which is indispute..
