Yeah, NO Brits talk like that.  But USians tend to think of either RP or Cockney (sometimes Mayfair) when they think 'British accent'.

Well, the reason I said '99.9%' instead of '100%' is that I was using the remaining 0.1% to refer to the upper-class Brits that the woman in the video is doing a bad impression of.

But they don't speak like her.  What you're saying is that 0.1% of Brits speak like her, and that's simply not true, any more than people from East London sound like Dick van Dyke.
