NDEs of Hell
#31
RE: NDEs of Hell
I will take the chance to speak about the "NDE itself"; because that will lead to my answer to your OP.

I did read about NDEs containing hell; but I think all of it is a product of somebody's own mind, nothing is "real" until you are actually dead and gone with no chance of coming back alive.

I prefer to call "NDE" with "brain static" instead; you're just seeing images you either pictured once or came up from the contents of your brain.

That's why different people see different things depending on their culture or personal religion.

That makes sense. Are you feeling alright?

For reals. That was more fascinating than anything else that could've happened in this thread.

To shed more light into my opinion; the Quran is pretty obvious about this matter.
According to my belief, there is a "barrier" between the living and the dead:

Quote:Sura 33, The Quran:
https://quran.ksu.edu.sa/index.php?l=en#...rans=en_sh

( 99 ) until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back
( 100 )   That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.

Crossing that barrier means that somebody is "dead" and won't come back until the day of resurrection.
If they are still alive then they didn't cross the barrier yet.

But there is truly a barrier. The dead never comeback to life again. Instead I advice humans to invest more in making sure that somebody is "dead" and never "crossed the barrier yet" before they bury them

That’s why these are called ‘near’ death experiences.

You have a keen grasp of the obvious.

RE: NDEs of Hell
I've read and listened to many accounts of NDEs of hell and Satan and so on... I question the validity of a lot of these storytellers, and obviously, even if they are telling the truth about what they experienced, there's no reason to believe that these experiences are anything more than hallucinations caused by a lack of oxygen in the brain, or other extreme circumstances that cause people to hallucinate.

It's not that hard to see that some of these people are playing things up quite a bit either, in my opinion. It's a bit like when someone is telling you about a dream they had, and half way through the story they realize how boring all of it sounds, so they add in some details to spice things up. People lie for stupid reasons all of the fucking time. I mean hell, look at folks who claims to have been abducted, or have seen bigfoot or nessy. It's silly.
If you're frightened of dying, and you're holding on, you'll see devils tearing your life away. But if you've made your peace, then the devils are really angels, freeing you from the Earth.

I have really fucking weird dreams, so I rarely doubt the validity of anyone elses.
